Find the fault. Fix it to code.

Electrical problems rarely fix themselves. A breaker that trips once a week, an outlet that’s warm to the touch or lights that dim when the A/C kicks on are all signs of something behind the wall — a loose connection, an overloaded circuit or a failing device. Guessing at it is how a small fault turns into a fire risk.

Thomas General Contractor holds an Arizona electrical contractor’s license (ROC #344450, CR-11 Specialty Dual). We trace the problem to its source, explain what we found and give you the price in writing before we fix it — for houses, rentals, offices and shops.

Questions

Electrical Repair FAQ

Why does my breaker keep tripping?

Usually an overloaded circuit, a short or ground fault in a device or wire, or a breaker that’s worn out. Resetting it over and over doesn’t fix the cause — have it traced.

Is a warm outlet dangerous?

It can be. A warm outlet or switch often means a loose or overloaded connection. Stop using it and have it checked.

Do you do electrical repairs for rentals and landlords?

Yes — see electrical maintenance for turnovers and ongoing work.

Are you licensed?

Yes — Thomas General Contractor holds three active Arizona ROC licenses: #344450 Electrical (CR-11), #367310 General Dual Building (KB-1) and #368807 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (CR-39). All are Dual (residential and commercial), with zero complaints on record — and the company is licensed, bonded and insured. Look them up on the ROC contractor search.
