Can you add a room or a casita?

Yes — framing, electrical and cooling for the new space, all under one contractor.

Do I need separate electricians and HVAC companies for my remodel?

No. We hold those licenses too, so they’re part of the same plan and price.

Are you licensed?

Yes — Thomas General Contractor holds three active Arizona ROC licenses: #344450 Electrical (CR-11), #367310 General Dual Building (KB-1) and #368807 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (CR-39).
